By using this website or hiring Castaway Junk Removal & Demolition, Inc., you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Requests

You may contact us by form, phone, or email to request services. All quotes are free and provided without obligation.

2. Deposits & Payments

A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. Cancellations made with 48 hours notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the deposit.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new time.

4. Site Access

The client is responsible for ensuring our team has access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is delayed, a $100 wait fee per 30 minutes will apply.

5. Limitations of Service

We do not handle or remove hazardous materials (including chemicals, asbestos, or biohazards).

6. Geographic Limits

Our services are currently available to clients in Nassau and Suffolk Counties, Long Island, NY.

7. Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions during junk removal and demolition, Castaway is fully insured for property damage and general liability.

8. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to use our website or hire our services.
